 This college was established as Ghana Telecom’s flagship Training Centre,Royal Air Force (RAF) Training School during the Second World War.
The institution''s main mission is "to be a centre of excellence in education, research, teaching, intellectual creativity and innovation The University will promote relevant cutting-edge technology, leadership development and an enterprise culture to enhance the delivery of value to its customers and stakeholders." 

 The college also aims at accomplishing its objectives through the
